Questions and partnerships

Contact Math.Foundation.

Whether you are a learner looking to rebuild an important skill or a school assessing mathematics intervention, the fastest first step is a clear description of your request.

Learners, families and tutors

Let us know whether your question concerns the learning demo, diagnostic placement, a specific lesson, account activation, accessibility or a payment. If you have encountered a reproducible issue, include the page, device/browser and a description of what you expected. Do not send children's private learning records or payment credentials in an initial unsolicited email.

School and institutional enquiries

If you represent a school, tutoring organisation or education programme, include your role, approximate learner cohort, curriculum context and the mathematics intervention outcome you are exploring. Our school pilot pack, procurement information and school data-processing information provide background for a responsible review. Expressing interest does not constitute acceptance, regulatory certification or a completed school deployment.

Privacy, safety and records

For privacy or access and correction requests, use the contact method specified in our privacy policy, which currently lists liam@math.foundation for formal privacy enquiries. Do not attach identifying pupil records, government identity documents or passwords until a suitably secure transfer process has been agreed. Review child safety and security information where applicable.

Media and partnerships

For press, partnerships or supplier matters, include the organisation, the proposed collaboration, relevant deadlines and the public product area involved. See our media and partner kit and About Math.Foundation. We distinguish demonstrable public features from research concepts or limited pilots, and welcome requests for precise, evidence-backed information.
