Product and bounded pilot
Math.Foundation is hosted education software for mathematics diagnosis and intervention. It identifies prerequisite gaps and misconceptions and provides teacher-visible mastery/intervention evidence. It is not the school's SIS or LMS system of record.
The default School Evidence Pilot is deliberately bounded to one Australian school, one cohort/class, up to 30 learner seats, one primary SchoolAdmin, up to three teachers and six instructional weeks, plus setup and close-out.

Pricing and purchase routes
The published classroom route is AUD $1,490/year for 30 seats. A written school quote/order may supersede published pricing.
- Card / self-serve: Stripe Checkout where appropriate. Card details are handled by Stripe.
- Purchase order / invoice: school licences may be arranged under a written agreement/order and invoice schedule.
No free pilot, grant, discount or procurement approval is implied unless it is recorded in writing.
Australian procurement status
Current evidence position: no broad Australian state panel, portal or marketplace registration is claimed on this page. A School Evidence Pilot may proceed only when the target buyer has an accepted, buyer-usable route to onboard and purchase from Riverun and all other hard pilot gates are satisfied.
A buyer-usable route may be a school-specific vendor onboarding approval, accepted supplier/portal reference, usable panel/marketplace route, or another written purchasing mechanism accepted by the school.
Application drafts, submitted forms and acknowledgements are not represented as accepted registration.
International expansion
International supplier registration is tracked separately and does not block an Australian School Evidence Pilot. Math.Foundation does not claim general international procurement readiness without evidence for a selected geography.

- Riverun can provide a school data-processing schedule and factual PIA vendor-input sheet during buyer review.
The school/governing body owns and approves its own PIA or equivalent privacy assessment. Riverun supplies factual product/security/data-processing answers and does not represent a vendor-completed worksheet as school approval.
Location evidence rule: exact production storage/processing regions and cross-border transfers are supplied from current deployment/provider evidence for the buyer review. No region is inferred from an internal plan or stale configuration.
Institutional authority and consent
- Authentication proves identity only; login/domain membership does not create school roles.
- School/SchoolAdmin authority is created only through the canonical Math institutional provisioning path.
- Teacher authority is downstream of exact SchoolAdmin authority.
- Educator learning writes require enrolment in the educator's exact school and active school-scoped consent for that same learner/school pair.
- Ambiguous or cross-tenant authority fails closed.
Governance and assurance documents
ST4S position
Riverun tracks the Schools' Technology and Services (ST4S) framework for Australian/NZ Kâ12 supplier assurance. The current internal Phase C mapping is baselined against ST4S v2026.1.
External assessment status: NOT ASSESSED. Math.Foundation does not claim an ST4S pass, badge, certification, risk rating or department approval. Any future status will be stated only from authoritative assessment evidence.
Insurance and independent assurance
Riverun Pty Ltd does not currently claim public liability, professional indemnity, or cyber insurance cover for Math.Foundation on this page. A buyer requiring certificates of currency should treat insurance as an open condition until Riverun supplies current evidence.
No independent penetration test, security certification or independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit is claimed unless a current report is supplied to the buyer.
Persistence, backup and exit
Math.Foundation has canonical school-scoped consent, export-receipt and deprovisioning models. A live School Evidence Pilot is still gated on the isolated non-production persistence exercise tracked as R33-25, including migration/idempotency/concurrency and lifecycle proof.
Backup restore, destructive deprovisioning or recovery performance is not claimed as exercised merely because source/model support exists.
Evidence and efficacy boundary
The public sample report uses sample/representative data. Math.Foundation does not claim School #1 learning efficacy before a real pilot exists. The pilot records its learning question before launch and reports observed movement against baseline without rewriting the target after the fact.
Buyer review sequence
- Agree the bounded pilot problem, cohort and commercial route.
- Complete supplier/vendor onboarding requirements.
- School completes its PIA using Riverun factual vendor inputs.
- Review data processing, subprocessors, security, AI, child safety and accessibility.
- Resolve buyer-specific insurance/security/support conditions.
- Confirm technical hard gates, including R33-25, before learner activation.
- Provision the exact SchoolAdmin/teacher authority and start Week 0.
