School Pilot Pack

A measurable 30-seat Math.Foundation classroom pilot.

Use this pack with school leaders, curriculum teams, wellbeing leads, privacy reviewers, and procurement contacts. The pilot is structured to move from baseline prerequisite gaps to targeted repair, fresh mastery verification, and an end-of-pilot evidence report before any expansion decision.

1-page overview

Math.Foundation diagnoses the exact gaps behind wrong answers, repairs prerequisite skills with Ada Tutor, and only moves learners forward when mastery evidence is strong enough.

Pilot question

Can prerequisite-level diagnosis create useful intervention groups and verifiable repair evidence for this cohort without adding unreasonable teacher workload?

Best pilot fit

Year-level intervention, numeracy catch-up, tutor-supported extension, or a teacher-led proof of the mastery and misconception-diagnosis model.

Pricing

  • 30-seat classroom plan: $149 AUD/month or $1,490 AUD/year.
  • A bounded school pilot can use the classroom plan with school-specific onboarding and procurement setup.
  • Grade-team rollout: discounted annual pricing for 150 seats.
  • School bundle: discounted annual pricing for 500+ seats.
  • Families can start separately with Foundation at $19 AUD/month or Family at $49 AUD/month.

Use the rollout planner to estimate seats, classroom count, procurement notes, and onboarding needs before checkout.

Implementation timeline

Week 0: agree the pilot question, cohort, owner, consent model, roster method, support contacts, and success criteria.
Week 1: run the baseline diagnostic, generate the first prerequisite-gap heatmap, and freeze the baseline evidence packet.
Weeks 2–5: run structured intervention sessions, review class-level gap and mastery evidence, and record support or incidents.
Week 6: complete the final learner intervention window, generate the evidence report, and record the renew / expand / revise / stop decision.
Close-out review: complete any agreed export, deprovisioning, teacher feedback, and follow-up actions after the six instructional weeks.

Evidence deliverables

  • Baseline prerequisite-gap map for the agreed cohort.
  • Weekly priority repair groups and misconception evidence.
  • Repair activity plus fresh mastery verification where available.
  • Unresolved-gap list for teacher follow-up.
  • End-of-pilot evidence report with an explicit scale, modify, continue, or stop decision.

Success criteria before launch

Do not decide success after seeing the results. Agree the questions the pilot needs to answer before the first learner enters the flow.

  • Instructional usefulness: do prerequisite-level groupings change what the teacher chooses to teach?
  • Verification quality: can repaired skills be demonstrated again on fresh questions?
  • Teacher workload: is the evidence useful enough to justify the setup and review time?
  • Learner fit: which learners benefit, which need a different route, and where is human review required?
  • Operational fit: do privacy, consent, data export, procurement, and support meet the school's requirements?

Default evidence thresholds

These are pilot admission and close-out measures, not claims that a school has already achieved them.

  • Safety: 100% of school-mode learning writes require exact school enrolment and active school-scoped consent; 0 confirmed cross-tenant authority events; 0 unresolved critical privacy or security incidents at close-out.
  • Baseline adoption: at least 80% of the activated cohort completes the diagnostic within the first seven school days.
  • Intervention participation: at least 70% of activated learners are active in each of at least three intervention weeks, unless school absence or timetable evidence explains the variance.
  • Teacher evidence access: the nominated teacher can access the class gap/heatmap evidence and close-out evidence report.
  • Learning evidence: report observed change from baseline in agreed target skills, misconception flags, and mastery states. No universal minimum efficacy percentage is claimed before external pilot evidence exists.

Privacy summary

  • No public student profiles or social learning surfaces.
  • Teacher and school views are scoped to their classroom or rollout boundary.
  • Pilot evidence can be exported for school review and handoff.
  • School data processing notes are published for procurement and privacy review.

AI safety summary

  • Ada Tutor is positioned as tutoring and diagnosis support, not a replacement for teachers.
  • The product is designed around structured skills, misconception tags, and mastery gates instead of open-ended chatbot browsing.
  • Unsafe or incorrect output can be reported for review.
  • Preview, alpha, and roadmap features are clearly labelled on the public site.

Sample pilot report

The sample report shows the evidence structure a school should expect from an early pilot: baseline prerequisite gaps, misconception tags, repair activity, fresh mastery checks, unresolved priorities, and the final school decision fields. It uses representative sample data rather than real student data and does not claim measured school outcomes.
